Thank you for choosing Fouress joinery for your handmade, custom-made furniture. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions related to returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Standard Size Orders
For furniture ordered in standard sizes (as listed on our website), we accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Return Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund.

Condition of the Item: The item must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, with all original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fouressjoinery.com. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions for the return.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

2. Custom Size Orders
As all custom size orders are made specifically to your preferences (e.g., measurements, materials, color), these orders are non-refundable. Customizations made to standard designs (such as alterations to size, materials, or finishes) are considered bespoke and cannot be returned for a refund unless:

The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

The item is not made according to the specifications provided in the order.
We highly encourage you to double-check your customizations, including dimensions, material choices, and color selections, before placing your order to ensure they meet your expectations.

3. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order:

Standard Size Orders: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Custom Size Orders: Cancellations for custom orders will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, before any work or production begins.
If a cancellation is accepted, we will process a full refund for standard orders, or offer a partial refund for custom orders if production has not yet started.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect (e.g., not as described or shown), please contact us immediately at info@fouressjoinery.com, and we will resolve the issue. This may include:

Replacement of the damaged or incorrect item.

Full refund, including return shipping costs, if the item is faulty or defective.
Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item when contacting us to facilitate a quick resolution.

5. Return Shipping Costs
For standard size orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to return your furniture, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

7. Exemptions to the Refund Policy
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon delivery:

Custom-made furniture (including items made to custom size or with specific personalization's such as material choices or finishes).

Personalized items, such as furniture with custom engravings or monograms.

Items that have been used, assembled, or altered after delivery.
